We rescue street dogs in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and surrounding neighborhoods. This includes adult dogs, many who are injured. We also rescue pregnant dogs, new mothers, and puppies.

Our shelter is located in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. We do not believe that dogs should be locked up, so our dogs have space to run and socialize. We have dedicated areas for pregnant dogs, new mothers and puppies. We have also a dedicated area for injured dogs. Our Shelter Director is a veterinarian and we have staff at the shelter 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

It is our goal to find the forever home for every dog that we rescue. We have three main avenues for accomplishing this goal. (1) We are the only rescue in San Miguel de Allende selected by Petco to hold adoption events at its stores every weekend. (2) We offer adoptions at our shelter in San Miguel de Allende by appointment. (3) We find homes for our dogs in the US and Canada.
